Reading and Writing in Ruma Waru!

In Room 8, we love Reading and Writing.  This is one of our favourite activities our teacher introduced and modelled this morning. We are learning how to read and write our sentences independently. We do this activity in Reading or Writing times.  While Mrs M and Mrs Watson are teaching other groups, we work on this activity independently.

What roles do I have in my classroom/school/community/world?

AO: Understand that people have different roles and responsibilities as part of their participation in groups.

Nga tamariki o Ruma Waru had been working really hard to show what good citizens are by doing the teacher’s responsibility of setting up the classroom before the term start. What a great experience! Tamariki had so much fun .
